Esquerra Recognized by MONEY Magazine as one of their 2014 Heroes
Levi Esquerra, director of the NAU-FCB Center for American Indian Economic Development (CAIED) was recognized by MONEY Magazine as one of 50 MONEY Heroes in their July 2014 issue.
What does it take to be a MONEY hero? According to MONEY magazine, "Hard work, financial savvy, and a lot of desire to help others." They selected a Hero from each state and the District of Columbia. Esquerra was recognized for his involvement with Native Americans' finanacial literacy, specifically for CAIED's weeklong camp and the 7G Money Management Game which teaches high-schoolers business skills.
