Jeff Peterson, MBA

Jeff is RPI's consultant and the author of many of the institute's publications.  He specializes in economic impact and contribution studies of both public and private entities, primarily for schools, governments, and non-profit institutions.  He also prepares data reports, business plans, white papers, and specialized analyses for a variety of clients.

In addition to his work with the Rural Policy Institute, he works on collaborative projects with the Center for American Indian Economic Development (CAIED) and the Arizona Hospitality Research and Resource Center (AHRRC).  He is a graduate of both Northern Arizona University (MBA, 2006), and the University of Montana (BA, English, 2000).

Thomas Combrink, M.S.

Senior Research Specialist

Thomas Combrink, M.S.

Thomas E. Combrink, M.S., is the senior research specialist at the AHRRC. Tom holds the BS degree in Leisure Studies and Tourism Science from Texas A&M University and the MS from Michigan State in Resource Development and Economics.  He holds further national certifications in park administration. When working with RPI, Tom specializes in data collection and analysis.
